My Journey
I help people turn transition into traction. After 20+ years in high tech, I’ve seen how culture, clarity, and courage shape performance. I led impactful sales programs, managed cross-functional teams, and guided people through rapid change. These experiences shape how I coach: a grounded, values-aligned, results-focused approach.
My own professional and personal transitions — from sales program management to consulting to coaching — have shown me that alignment is a daily practice of focusing time, energy, and attention on what matters most. Experiences such as parenthood, empty-nesting, eldercare, and health challenges have deepened my ability to meet change with presence and compassion.
Today, I meet clients where they are, help them name what matters, and turn intention into action, so growth feels attainable and can be sustained.
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and am a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching (CHIC), a recognized leader in the field for over 30 years.
